Christina graduated from the Mind Body Institute in Nashville in 2021 and has been thrilled to serve her community through connection-based care. She is intentional about creating safe containers for healing and rejuvination.
Christina uses a balanced blend of relaxation and therapeutic techniques for an integrative massage experience, unique to you. She incorporates techniques like Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy into her sessions. Christina offers Therapeutic Massage, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, Cupping Therapy, ZenLeaf Infusion (CBD Massage), and Sound Therapy.
