Christina is a talented and versatile individual committed to elevating the health and well-being of the community. Her journey into wellness started long ago with a practice of yoga. She is continually diving deeper into mindfulness, movement, and the art of holistic healing. She is a graduate from the prestigious Mind Body Institute in Nashville and has been thrilled to serve her community through her connection-based care. 

Christina utilizes massage and bodywork as a vehicle for developing greater body awareness, nervous system regulation, and relief of deep fascial tension. Christina uses a balanced blend of relaxation and therapeutic techniques for an integrative massage experience, unique to you. 

Her intention is to create a vessel of safety that allows for a full exhale from life’s daily stressors. She utilizes aromatherapy and short guided meditations to support in nervous system regulation. People often find her work to be deeply nourishing and therapeutic. Christina incorporates techniques like Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy into her session. Christina offers Therapeutic Massage, Prenatal Massage, Cupping Therapy, ZenLeaf Infusion Massage, Reiki, and Sound Therapy.

Outside of massage therapy, Christina enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring nature with her pups, dancing, playing music and creating art.
