MEET JAMES
James grew up in Nashville, TN where he received his massage education from the Mind Body Institute in 2020. His path as an LMT has progressed into further studies in Advanced Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Cupping Therapy. James’ connection with holistic health began over 12 years ago when he started exploring natural ways of healing pain, injuries, stress and depression. Discovering tools like mindfulness, breath work and somatic awareness, James found a renewed way to navigate life and finds purpose in sharing his resources with the community.
James’ passion for a variety of health and wellness modalities leads him to utilize an integrative approach within his sessions. Whether you are seeking relief from pain and tension, interested in resources for improved lifestyle, or simply needing a space to exhale and rest, James is committed to supporting you along your health journey.
