Karina Mueller is the Founder and Owner of Kenai Massage and a former Licensed Massage Therapist of over 14 years. In 2010, Karina left a career in the corporate world to pursue her passion for natural health and wellness through massage therapy. She relocated to Hixson in the spring of 2021 to be closer to family and opened her second Kenai Massage that August.

From the beginning, Karina’s goal has been to provide her community with exceptional massage therapy in a warm and welcoming space, delivered by a team of highly skilled and professional Licensed Massage Therapists. Since stepping away from seeing clients herself, her role focuses on supporting the Kenai team, expanding our offerings, and ensuring the quality of care our clients have come to know and trust. ​​​Karina is a wife and mom to three boys. She graduated from the Chattanooga Massage Institute in Hixson, TN in 2011. She holds additional certifications in Ashiatsu Bar Therapy, through Deepfeet Bar Therapy (2014) and Thai Massage from the Vedic Thai Conservatory (2014). Karina is an NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork) approved Ashiatsu Instructor with 145 hours of Ashiatsu Training. Karina is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she studied to become a Health Coach. She is certified through the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners).​
