MEET JAMES
James recently moved to the Chattanooga area from Nashville, TN. He received his massage education from the prestigious Mind Body Institute. Prior to that, he has trained and practiced in various healing arts such as Yoga, Qi Gong, Meditation, Breath Work and Sound Therapy. James earned his Certification of Advanced Sound Training from the Phisonics Academy and has been practicing Sound Therapy since 2018.
James’ passion for various health and wellness modalities is what leads him to utilize an integrative approach within his sessions. He may incorporate therapeutic techniques such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy and Cupping, as well as strive to provide a relaxing space that promotes greater body awareness, nervous system regulation and improved sleep and well-being.
